Hatha yoga is an ancient art of healing achieved by balancing the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

As we go through life our bodies become tight and tense as they are fixed in unhelpful and limited patterns of movement. This can lead to weakness in the spine and lack of tone and flexibility in the muscle tissue, adversely affecting our posture and spinal alignment. Our viewpoints also become limited mirroring our fixed body patterns.

The aim of hatha yoga is to address both the physical and physiological imbalances of the body and mind through the use of postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama).

Bringing the mind and the body into a more neutral state can help us to explore and discover new avenues and talents we did not know we had or had long since forgotten.

This yoga class is open to all, beginners are most welcome. No Cost Involved. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
